LKMC's comprehensive care begins in the earliest stages of pregnancy, with prenatal checkups and services tailored to your specific needs. You'll learn about proper nutrition and work with your obstetrician to develop a birth plan, choose a pediatrician, and get properly prepared.
Labor and delivery
Our state-of-the-art delivery rooms provide everything doctors, nurses and other maternal specialists need to provide you with excellent care. Experienced labor and delivery staff utilize advanced medical technology, and have the expertise to manage C-section (cesarean) births and other surgical procedures.
This is an intense class and one of the most important of our educational series. The class will prepare you for the challenges of birth. Classes are offered on a Saturday once a month. There is a limit of 6 partners per class. All exptectant mothers should be at least 7 months pregnant at the time of the class. Breastfeeding Support Group
This class will cover breastfeeding benefits for mom and baby, breastfeeding basics and common challenges. A little learning can go a long way towards building your knowledge and comfort level.
