Lower Keys Medical Center Announces Partnership with Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cardiovascular Care and Intervention

Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West, FL announced on Friday, November 20, 2009 that it is has partnered with Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL for the cardiac services and other advanced care it provides. The announcement was made by Nicki Will, Chief Executive Officer of Lower Keys Medical Center during the grand opening and ribbon cutting for its new 3.5 million dollar cardiac catheterization and special procedures suite and ER expansion.

Dr. Will also announced at the same time the appointment of Dr. John Campanile as the new Invasive and Interventional Cardiologist for the Key West hospital. The Mount Sinai Medical Center team headed up by Associate Vice President of Cardiovascular Services, Steve Sklanounos and assisted by Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Al Vadillo, will assist Lower Keys Medical Center in providing the highest level of cardiac services and care in the Florida Keys.
