Job Description
The Quality Manager will assist the hospital and medical staff leadership with planning, designing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and reporting of hospital-wide performance improvement activities and functions that meet or exceed the JCAHO, governmental and all other third-party regulatory agencies. Assist hospital and medical staff leadership in developing a performance improvement framework for use in designing, measuring, assuring and improving patient care and organization functions by assisting with the development of appropriate criteria for identifying and prioritizing improvement efforts; assists departments and PI teams with data aggregation as needed.C
Requirements
Must have a current Florida Registed Professional Nurse license in accordance with Section 464.061 of Chapter 464 of the Florida Statutes.
Must have at least three years of experience in middle-to-upper management.
